HISTORY

When Denise and Leo acquired the orchard in 1980, it was already 30 years old, having been first planted in 1950 with several varieties of apple trees.
Located at the foot of the mountain on a well drained soil, the trees get all the nutrients essential to their taste and aroma, as well as to their unique color and preservation properties.
Furthermore, the combination of new varieties with trees of different heights (semi-dwarf trees), has permitted an improvement in orchard production.
