Gentle but strong cider with
10,5 % alcohol, fermented during the long winter months. Nurtured as a white
wine, by pressing, natural fermentation and aging of a variety of apples,
this cider presents a slightly blond robe. Its floral odour is generous and
confirms its delicacy and complexity in the mouth. May be served with white
meat, fish, seafood or dessert.
To be served cold, between 4C and 6C

"SIEUR DE MONNOIR"
CIDER, 9.5% ALCOHOL |

Gentle but strong cider
with 9.5 % alcohol, oak barrel aged for a year. Traditional cidrification
vintage, it is developed from a variety of apples carefully chosen. In its
oak barrel, this cider acquires a dark colour with copper tones, and a rich
palate fullness. Can readily be combined with seafood, delicatessen and
cheese.
To be served cold, between 4C and 6C . |

Gentle smooth cider with
7 % alcohol. Made from an agreeable blend of Cortland and McIntosh apples,
the Cuvée Versant Sud presents a light yellow robe and an excellent balance
between fruitiness and acidity. Bite into a fresh apple and this is what
this mild cider will remind you of. Enjoy it with daily meals, meat, fish.
Ideal in cidria punch or blend in a fruit cocktail.

8 % alcohol, slowly aged in bottle, at low temperature. Developed according
to the champagne tradition, this cider offers a natural bubbling. Resulting
from a combination of Cortland and McIntosh apples, it generates a flavour
reminiscent of ripe apples and its light yellow robe is striked with tiny
bubbles.
